• Wipe up spills as soon as they occur
• Clean with soap and water
• Sanitize using disinfectants such as (1:5) bleach/water solution

• Thoroughly rinse all solution residue with clean water
• Air dry

Steerhide & Riverbank - Back and Seat Cushion Upholstery Care:
• Vacuum regularly using the proper attachment to avoid pilling.
• Treat stains promptly. The longer a stain remains on the textile, the more difficult it will be to remove. A professional furniture cleaning service is recommended.
• Always pre-test any cleaning method in an inconspicuous area.
• Several light applications of a cleaning agent are less harmful than a single concentrated application. Repeat stain treatment several times if necessary.
• Never use heat to clean textiles. Heat can set stains.
• Do not use agents containing bleach. These agents may cause discoloration over time.
• Do not over-saturate the textile or let water pool in seams. Soak up any excess moisture immediately.
• Avoid excess rubbing to prevent discoloration and damage to the face of the material.
• Allow the textile to dry thoroughly and vacuum before using.
Wood Care:
Dust can be removed with the careful wipe of a damp cloth. Oily dirt or wax residue can be removed with a mild detergent and water solution or with mineral spirits. However, it is vital to make sure that the cleaning solution does not affect the underlying surface. Even when you determine a cleaning method that works successfully, proceed cautiously. For finished wood, dampen a cotton cloth with the solvent or cleaning solution, and gently rub over a small area at a time. Avoid using too much liquid, as it can cause damage. Then, wipe the cleaned surface with a clean dampened cloth to remove any cleanser residues, followed by a dry soft cloth. For stubborn stains, use PH-neutral detergents only. Direct exposure to sun can alter the original color.
